Great location, surrounded by trees. Convenient proximity to Seiser Alm Bahn. Spacious room with large bed. Helpful and polite staff. Good breakfast with grandiose ambiance. Lovely views of Siusi from breakfast room. Short walk to the center of Siusi. Historical details and high ceilings.
Absolutely nothing.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, only a short walk through a beautiful forested road to the Seis-Seiser Alm cable car for those who enjoy skiing. It is also perfectly situated for exploring the town centre. the historical details in our room were stunning, with huge ceilings that gave it a grand and luxurious feeling.
The wifi quality, unfortunately, wasn't very good, making it difficult for me to check in for my online class.

The location was perfect for spending Christmas with family. Just a short walk through the forest to the ski lift made it easy to hit the slopes daily. The view from the breakfast room was breathtaking. The room was spacious and had a balcony with a lovely seating area.

The hotel had a great location, making it easy to get to the mountain for skiing. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The meals were delicious and offered a good variety of food.
The WiFi was very weak, and we had to go to the lobby to use it. The breakfast menu was not very diverse, and the coffee was not the best we have tasted. Nevertheless, the hotel was a great place to spend New Year's Eve, and we enjoyed our stay there.

Great location near the gondola to the ski area and in the centre of this city. Clean hotel facilities with free parking and transportation accessible from nearby. Breakfast served was excellent and staff was friendly.
There was nothing I didn't like.
